The founding owner and original inventor of Easy Monitor, which was born out of frustrations she personally experienced and wanted to solve during more than three decades of service to the financial planning industry as a Licensed Advisor (Australian Investment Advisors, Metway Bank, KPMG).
Previously she successfully built from scratch, two accounting and financial planning practices (in Qld & Victoria), and an AFSL Group (Pod One) with Advisors spanning 4 states across the eastern seaboard. She has authored 4 business books, is an experienced Trainer and consulted to ANZ Private Bank and Deloitte.
Her extensive background is testament to her ability to understand the scope of industry problems being faced and must be addressed. Her passion to deliver on solutions is indisputable.
David Orford MBA, DFP, FIA, IAA – Advisory Board
A true Australian quiet achiever, but with a career history placing him squarely in the giant category of leaders in the financial services industry. His long list of accomplishments, that most could only ever hope to aspire to; David has the subtle, but clued up smarts you’d expect from a humble actuary, albeit with the surprising elite entrepreneurial flare that has seen him sky-rocket with phenomenal self-made success.
His Leadership roles at Australian Eagle, Adriatic Life, preceded his creation of the highly successful Financial Synergy, acquired by IRESS, where he served as Chairman. His latest venture, Optimum Pensions, is just a step away from overtaking his previous success.
As a key Business Advisory Board Member of Easy Monitor, he is also honing his influence for continued growth of this company.
Bill Ferme MBA, M.Eng, IT – Advisory Board
Canny but unassuming, Bill brought extensive C-suite business acumen (from Cap Gemini, PWC, Melbourne Business School, Monash Uni), with contacts and know-how to the Advisory Board of Easy Monitor, virtually since start-up.
His solid background ranging globally based software, consulting and engineering makes him an extremely valuable contributor. His experience is matched with superior academic achievement across professional, scientific and technical areas.
Bill delivers a fresh perspective to business problem-solving. This together with his pleasant down-to-earth nature and willingness to pitch in where needed, makes him a terrific stabilizing force that is consistently approachable and a pleasure to work while building this company.
Amir Naushad BA Computer Science, MIT (Swinburne) – CIO
We are fortunate to have engaged this talented senior software engineer. Amir has both built and overseen the contribution of others in the team of programmers for Easy Monitor since 2018.
A multi-award winning developer throughout his career (Sparc III 2013, ACM Coders Cup 2010, Procom Net 2013, FASTech 2013). He is cool, calm and creative. Quick thinking and decisive, but also ‘can do’ which makes him a wonderful key contributor to Easy Monitor.
