Easy Monitor is a complete Australian Financial Services Licensee (AFSL) Operating Platform that empowers groups to oversee the operational integrity of key stakeholders, including Authorised Representatives (AR’s), Suppliers and Staff. Relevent license management information is efficiently recorded in a central location about stakeholders, including notifications to identify potential regulatory issues, from onboarding, and throughout the ongoing management relationship.

How Long Does It Take to Implement Easy Monitor?
Your group’s implementation and set up will be handled by our team, including connectivity. We will require you to provide initial data and perform some testing, but we take on all the legwork, including post-implementation support. This ensures there is minimal time and stress or pressure for your team. Time-frames to implement will vary from group to group, depending on the level of customisation required, but as an example, it took only 2 weeks to implement, migrate and onboard a team of 82 Advisors in an AFSL.
Importantly, we’ll improve your processes as we implement, so every stakeholder will benefit with time and cost savings.

Why Does Easy Monitor Exist?
The founding owner, Leigh Anoos, wanted to solve the operational and reporting problems she personally experienced managing an AFSL and as an AR, hence created Easy Monitor.
We exist to help small to medium AFSL’s to become one of the few that truly thrive, despite today’s environment of revenue challenges and regulatory pressure. We do it by providing an advanced licensee operating platform.
